My Story
Hi – I’m Derek.
I help professionals develop the English skills they need to perform confidently in international workplaces.
I didn’t start my career in language.
I began as a software developer, working mainly with C and C++. In international teams, I saw first-hand how skilled professionals struggled to express their ideas clearly in English – even when they were experts in their field.
That experience inspired my transition into language training and translation. Today, I combine linguistic expertise with practical workplace experience to help professionals express their ideas clearly and confidently in English.
